Fun game but if you don't have a credit card you aren't getting anywhere it's a pay to win game with ridiculous offers. For example a legendary black crate cost 100 dollars, there is a "deal" in shop for 47000 gems witch if you buy the gems is up to 300 ish dollars For 1 crate (Edit) Ever since I made this comment it's ben nonstop lag never had that issue before

Hey, I do appreciate the improvements you've made recently, however there are still a couple of flaws such as the glitching is still bad, and it affects my playing experience, and it'd also be nice if you'd change the matchmaking to based off of level instead of trophies amount that would be so much better, and please stop charging $100 for a new character, it's a character it's not like it's worth more than gold

It's a great and highly addictive game. I really enjoy playing it. But I give it 3 stars because it seems to me that it's a bit unfair to have to fight with players that are 10+ levels above me. Yesterday I played with Larry lvl 9 and in the game most of the enemies were 16 and above. Of course I got killed at the very first second with just one blow. Please make it more just.

2021 review 5 stars: Fun, and playing against /with real people! 4/30/24 updated review 1 star: What happened to the different game modes? I've been playing this game for years and I have watched it expand, just to watch it diminish? It went from four game modes and three maps, to two game modes and one map.. Please bring them back!

Good game, but when you use the limited videos to open chests quicker as soon as the chest can be open, it says error and starts you back from the beginning time but take away the video limit. Seems like a scam to me. Also, a lot of the matches you're placed in the players are uneven in rank, making it unfair gameplay. Another scam to get you to pay more for upgrades.

The game is very interesting ,fun, and enjoyable. But the only reason I gave 4 stars is because in the game, if I am in level 4, a few opponents are in 10th level or 12th level. Please fix this.

False advertising. Don't believe the "high chance" or "guaranteed" promises of in game rewards. They rarely actually give you a new character or item. Unless you want to spend a ton of money, you get to a point where you can no longer compete at all. Also, once you reach 1,000 trophies expect to start seeing a ton of max level players and bots to give you no chance of winning. 100% scam game.

I like this game, want to continue to play. However the game is really frustrating sometimes. The crates timers are way off, sometimes it shows 5 mins left then back again to 5 hours. Watching ads is waste of time, I got no rewards at the end.. most of time. Wars are really unfair, level 4 characters against level 20.

This game has so much potential. I used to play it a lot a few years ago, when max level was 16. That was the peak for this game. Since then, they've made it entirely P2W and there's no chance anyone can keep up and win matches unless they're spending. I'd like to think I was pretty decent at this game but now I log in as a lvl 14-15 and get thrashed by lvl 20s. There's no chance. Developers don't listen. All they seem to care about is lining their pockets. It really is too bad.
