Been playing this game for awhile and I love it. But the past few days it hasn't been working. Everything I open it within seconds it says "connection lost" it doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not, even when I have full bars and service it says it. It is becoming so irritating I'm thinking of deleting it for that reason.

Addicted, amazing adventures and a beautiful farm. Each adventures need thousands energy, take super long time with 83 max energy for me (with golden pass), level 17. Golden pass, not really give me profit like I expected, it clues many times not valid, many puzzles need to figure out ourselves. Income from deliveries and adventures really not enough. Need to sell a lot to buy animals, grow crops, and buildings to complete tasks. Not sure I'll keep going with it. Sad.

good game. but again, as with all these games they are oriented on making you pay to play and it gets expensive!! I am not going to purchase more than $7.99 to get extra energy and materials needed to continue. YOU DONT HAVE TO BUILD EVERY BUILDING IT SUGGESTS!! Engineer's house is utterly useless, you don't need 2 barns 2 of anything accept maybe a Pottery house. You run out of space to put buildings!! I got all the way to level 22. after that orders get to complex and cost more.

It's ok. Takes far too much energy to so anything and scarce on resources. The events are too difficult to complete and some require younto play constantly as they have short time limits. Went from fun casual game to less fun of you want to progress...

The special last ornament level cause the game to freeze. It was great until this happened. The game has been frozen for 3 days. When the event ended the game resumed for a day. Now it has been frozen for a day and a half in the 5th location. I started the party room restoration and time will run out while the game is frozen.

Game play is nearly identical to games such as Family Island and Klondike: farming, building, and uncovering/ gathering resources. All in all, rather tedious. Does not resemble the ads AT ALL; they show puzzles which must be solved, but which in reality are a very, very minor part of the game (as in, you get to those every couple of days).

Have to change my 5 star to 3 stars and will be going to deleted. My game is frozen or something, it won't let me pick up the last barrel so I can move it onto platform. I can't go back to main Island or do anything. Very frustrating and taking my time away from completing timed games.

15.2.2024 Even after the update, i still can't play the game. I log in, i can't even collect the daily reward that comes up and now it just automatically says reestart, every time. I think i will just delete the game. 14.2.2024. I was playing fine, but now everything I log into the game, it says connection lost, restart. Then it restarts, and all over again it does exactly the same thing. And I don't have issues with the other games that I play

Since early 2023 I haven't been able to move to the next island. I've completed the levels to move on, and when I get ahold of support I'm being told that theirs not anymore islands at this time! Miss representation for sure. (And yes I need to update, but can't at this time.) But once again even if I updated (which I have at the beginning of the problem) I still can't move on! So therefore you guy's have added lame stuff for US to play (and we do hoping to be able to do our Island Quests!
