Their website was not clear on how much to wire in for a transfer. Most places had the amount that did not include a $3.52 fee so I ended up short $3.52. Both the app and the website gave an option to send $3.52 less but both gave an error and wouldn't allow. I spent 1.5 hrs on the phone with their support but all they could offer is that I submit a technical support claim. They couldn't get the transaction to send with $3.52 less nor use funds from my wise account. Lost almost $40 in end.

Mixed , tried a transaction and usually it would go through pretty quick but yesterday's didn't happen that way , it was still sending this morning , but , when I then transferred it back to my bank acc it happened instantly , which was great once I'd worked out how to. Probably a miscommunication between countries. Other than that I've had no reason to complain. Excellent otherWise. 4.5/5*.

I love Wise and have been using it for years through its various incarnations. But this afternoon the mobile app went wonky while using it to authenticate my desktop login, and now it will no longer open on my phone. I found an update here on the Play Store, but that doesn't work either. I've restarted my phone several times. But when I click on Wise, it flashes open then disappears.

Asked me to confirm my transfer by uploading a bank statement, upload didn't work - pdf files filtered out at all, jpg pictures can't be selected. Sent screen recording to support, they recommended to reinstall app (which obviously didn't help) and then claimed that "something wrong might be with my device", recommended to try another device. Well too bad I don't have another device and not going to be running to my laptop just because app is not working.

Pretty easy to use, takes a bit of getting used to, not self intuitive to find what you want to do in the menus. But it is useful, interesting, fun and let's you do many actions and get information in the app. I don't like having to use an app for everything, it's really effing annoying, but the formerly TransferWise app is very useful and let's me do a lot of useful things. very good Rate. faster service. app is good. but physical card full of wastage. I loaded with Indian rupee I can't withdraw cash In India. tried so many times. message shows in cash machine daily limit reach. invalid transactions. even customer service doesn't know the real problem. please guys don't load with foreign currency to use in foreign currency. Time waste and your money will be can't use what you need in foreign countries.

It's easy to set up the account, user-friendly app, safe, and very helpful features! Though it took a while until I finally understood how to send money to a non-Wise user. No more hassle trying to find good money exchangers while travelling abroad. Well, mostly.. Hopefully more and more currencies will be added to the service soon!

No complaints about their services but Wise used to have such cool UX and UI and their cards had a lot of character too. Now the app looks cheap and generic and the new cards are so thin that you can see where the chip goes in on the backside! Not to mention, they're ugly as well. At least so far, they've kept their bright green color, but with how things are going they'll probably change that to black, white, grey or beige pretty soon! Hire a better design team, maybe.

Never use wise! They are an absolutely hopeless service. Stay away, use any other platform. My transfers were suspended more than available, even after I gave them everything they wanted for verification They constantly say that they need to do this because of regulation, but 90% of transactions??? Any other platform I've used has verified once and then smooth transactions. When I make a formal complaint they close the account, then reopen the account! absolutely atrocious service.
