Even with it's issues it was the best banking app & very user friendly. The replacement (youBrd) is horrible !

The worst application ever and as you can see are a lot of complaints from a lot of people ... The bank management is not worried to fix the issue of the customer ... so the only feasible option that remains to us is to change the bank provider.

They're terminating an app that works just fine and looks great, in order to replace with a new app that looks dull, confusing and has plenty of flaws, thanks for nothing BRD!

Simply doesn't work after the android 10 update. Brd said they know about the problem and are solving it, but it's been 7 months and the app still doesn't work. Will just close the brd account.

It's okay but sometimes i don't receive the notifications from what i paid. I receive them after 2-3 weeks.

Old style app and buggy. No GPay support. No phone pay support. Buggy sometimes doesn't open. When paying online sometimes the app doesn't open.

Payments were changed to go through the application, but the application never shows pending payments. Awful update.

Android 11: No notifications on almost anything (no 3D Secure, no new transactions). Ironically, the only notification I ever get is 'you've been loged out'

Slow, transactions between own accounts take too long, also there are no international transactions available in the app.
