I have been using paytm for more than 4 years!! Most of the features are easy to use However, Please bring back the debit card option!!!! Alongside upi and credit card payment options, the debit card option should also be there!!! So Please bring it back, will have to switch the platforms if this continues

One of the worst bill payment app among other apps. it can't even do a simple mobile recharge successful and beside that it take extra 1rs for platform free. my suggestion is to use gpay or phonepe or any other apps. they have more success rate and they don't charge you for that. wish i could able to give 0 star to put this comment here

This app has very good features being a UPI payment app. But recently I'm continuously facing issues from the app. I have a habit of keeping some amount in the Paytm Wallet but when I am needed the amount in my bank account there's a network issue with app. Which is really very frustrating. It is like I have money but I can't access it. I hope my feedback is taken under consideration and the app is repaired soon.

Worst app and very worst customer service. My personal loan is not showing in the app. I want to foreclose it but I cannot access it in the app. There's no option to submit query in help & support. It's all AI assistant. Even there is no option to speak to customer service representative.

I have been using this app since a long time . Making payments are easy and less time consuming. Still I'm giving 1 start because i have a paytm gift card but i am unable to redeem it, as there is no such option in the app to redeem a gift voucher. I even tried to get help through the help and support desk but it doesn't even let you type your issue. Now what exactly am i suppose to do with that cash voucher.

I was use the Paytm for past few years. But based on the last one month experience, I was completely unsatisfied. Because Most of the Paytm users experienced the Paytm postpaid is unavailable completely in all type of payment including Paytm merchant also. For this, if I tried to get help from the customer support, I don't have any options for that specifically. Paytm please look into this

I was doing a payment and my paytm bank account got blocked due to suspicious activity and when i tried to contact customer care through 24×7 help, that page isn't even loading, allowing me to generate ticket for my issue and find a solution for it. This is the level of service paytm is providing to its customers.

Although the app is feature rich. One suggestion I would like to see in the app is time sensitive notifications for the booking we've done like ticket bookings, train tickets etc. That would be a game changer for a lot of reasons and optional location based reminders for bookings can also be introduced. Kindly look into it.

There's no option to contact the customer support executive, the only option to resolve queries is chatbot which doesn't have some of the issues listed in it. I understand Paytm has a lot of users and it's difficult to provide customer executive support for every query, but there should be some option to escalate if the issue isn't resolved by the chatbot.
