Acceptance probability of an order is determined by a vague set of factors that you don't know until you either get accepted or rejected. It's inconsistent and unreliable. At least Afterpay, Zip, and other services give you an exact purchase power. Your order doesn't even get accepted most of the time, no matter how good your credit and payment history is. Even small purchases gets rejected. Going back to the other services.

On iPhone this app worked flawlessly however on Android is very slow and laggy. Most of the time doesn't load everything and when I contacted the support and they answered then the app didn't give me notification even I allowed the notification. I can't even talk today with a support agent because the button is grayed out. I have the latest mobile so it can't be blamed on the phone but to poor coding this app. Please fix it.

I used Klarna with no problems in 2022, but now it will not recognize my mobile number and will not let me login with my email address. I did nothing to change my info so I don't know why I can't use the app or website. My experience with the app is more like -1. I did everything suggested, was directed to a useless, non-functioning customer service email address, then finally called Customer Service. The representative was as helpful as possible. Nothing works I can't use the app.

Pointless app that is now ran by AI. So, regardless of your history with them, the AI rejects practically every attempt to make a purchase and spread payments out over time. It's now useless. I don't think the average person needs another third party app to make a payment through. Edited to add, wish I could post a screenshot, but customer service told me that "You're right!" When I told them that their app was useless and that I would just delete it.

I have used klarna a lot and never missed any payments but today when I went to use it I was denied saying my credit report wasnt ok....Which I find odd because nothing has changed on my credit (especially since I have used this app) and you literally take the money out of my bank account for each payment and like I said l have never missed a payment. Very sad that I am no longer able to use. I guess I'll start using afterpay.

It's okay. The Klarna deal sucks bawls though. It was better when we were given options without Klarna's "new feature". Make it optional. I don't mind punching in codes. Also, the stores that are specific to the Klarna Deals are mid as hell. UPDATE: Still mid as hell. Crashes on different web pages and on payments.

quick and fast reliable...only problem I've had is orders on Amazon using the CC card number where the product is not shipped quickly and the New CC# applied at checkout isn't valid at shipping time...in those cases I've had to cancel the order and pay another way. This never happens via TEMU or other sites,just Amazon. Just lost a great deal order today due to that.

The app is becoming slower and more impossible to use with every update. Have been waiting almost two weeks already for payments to go through, not 3 days, and this happens every month, even though I pay early. Switching back to my regular bank account and uninstalling this.
