App is good but since last few month after login it says "2013------ Account is deactivated" and there is no helpline available in the app to raise complain, please resolve the issue .

I have been facing the issue sicnce my transfer from one DDO to another DDO... During the login to the app after submitting OTP its showing User ID deactivated...while on browser its working...please resolve

May be its a Good aap but now its showing that This(Id no:2019.....) is deactivated where I am putting my all data correct. I have sent a mail to their email address but still now they are not interested in my problems.

App is better than the web portal. It allows user to upload additional document in connection with leave application but the web portal doesn't.

Excellent app, Thanks to Gov of West Bengal for this user friendly app. But sometimes I face difficulty in downloading the pay slip. Hope it will overcome this problem in the next update.
