I was a regular user of this VPN. About a week before I started facing speed problems. I thought it might be my connection problem. But toady I tired another VPN, and shockingly I get to know that it was the problem of this VPN. I mean another one roaming in almost top speed (3mbps). And you know how much VPN melon provided! 450 klbts at a maximum. I dunno what is the problem, but surely Melon made me unpleasant.

Most useless app I have ever seen, they debited money from my account without permission and I have requested for refund cos the app is not working but developer refuse to reply me and I have reported this many times but to no avail. The app is not working and it's nonsense don't waste your time or money on this useless app. I will post all evidence if you want

Left a really good review before, maybe they read that and it's gone to their head. Used to have many free servers and 2 hours minimum connection time that you could increase by watching ads. Now it starts at 10minutes, and there is nothing you can realistically do to increase it. The app has gone way down hill. It's clear they just want people to pay so if you're willing to then go for it. Personally I am uninstalling and would not recommend wasting your time.

Used to be a great vpn got an hour then watch one ad and get another hour, went on it tonight and now you get a free 10 minutes! And have to watch an advert to get every additional 15 mins, I am so sick of adverts, Facebook (adverts) you tube(adverts) and now a brilliant VPN slowed down and bloated with ads, adverts don't make me buy stuff they just piss me off. Melon VPN officially sucks!

It was amazing before the update, I would press the thing and it would go for literal hours, and it only took a few seconds to refresh. The app now has a new update where you can only do 10 minutes, watch an ad for only 15 minutes, and then it takes like 200 something seconds to refresh. Revert it back, this sucks.

The ratings I'm giving one star because someone is using my mobile no. from the other side. I'm getting verification codes and otps from various apps. And when I was using this VPN app it was mostly gets connected to United Kingdom server and after some time I got an call from an United Kingdom no. which is making me believe that someone is using my mobile no. from there and maybe they tryin' do some bad stuff. So be alert when you get into these situations. Well right now I'm unable to think what to do.

so far its doing better than the other vpns I've had or have,.....besides that point I can't give more feedback cause the 3 Tell us more (optional) survey questions doesn't have a 'yes' button, just (does this app make you happy)&(no)buttons...

Pretty useless. First time I tried using it - it autoselected Germany, and no matter what region I tried changing to it just wouldn't. Then Google, Chrome, and Play Store kept saying I had no internet, but I was streaming Netflix on my PS3 (through my phone's internet). Force stopped Melon and then the other apps let me go online again. Tried Melon again, bit this time it autoselected France, and exactly the same problems as the first time. Force stopped to leave review. Uninstalling.
