First time I went in it said it would cost me $13 then I have to update my credit card information then the payment went up to $76 with no way to fix the problem out of the app and back in the app and the price changed again but it was better it was only $18 p by the time I had it figured out the person needing a ride no longer needed the ride your app sucks

Tried to contact app support with the email shown on this site and replies says that email is no longer usable. The app doesn't update my tipping info (I always tip generously but it's not showing that I tipped on every single ride and drivers will see wrong info as a result.) why do you show an email here that is not usable?

It is so expensive when compared to Uber. Their GPS is also slow, meaning that drivers can not be tracked based on a real-time basis. They also do NOT have accurate routes or a way for passengers to correct their routes if faulty.

Also it'll say "Just one more second.." Lol no. I've been waiting for the app to update me on the ride for 15 minutes. It's a nightmare Just say it'll take forever to get me a driver, don't bait me with the "See more info in 1-5 minutes!" "Just a minute!" "A couple more seconds!" Hate that so much. Always have to cancel and relist my ride request so I'm late no matter where I go, and it's not even the fault of the drivers. Get your stuff together.

Lyft overcharges for their rides. I live 15 mins from work and the fee is $30,50 if it is raining out, a taxi is cheaper. The train is 8 mins from my job and it's still anywhere from $13 to $20, that's ridiculous and the discounts when you pay for pink aren't discounts. And the prices change on you when ordering had that happen about 4 or 5 times they never wanna give you your money back even if it's on the driver and it takes them 3 hours to even respond

Error message kept prompting me for a 2nd payment type. Added about 6. Support said they weren't allowed to tell me why they couldn't accept the ONE payment type. So instead of creating an interface that rejects/errors a payment type they can't use, they make people jump through an endless cycle of adding payment types. Finally found one that worked, and it had me wait over two hours with "Just a few seconds..." to tell me no one was available. Keep up the great work everyone!

Drivers are great. The app is questionable when they recommend a route they should include toll roads. I was charged practically double and a half from the shown price, it sucks and they're not gonna refund because it was part of the receipt after the ride

Terrible costumer service. Been a loyal costumer for 10 years. 5 star rating. The one time I disputed a ride because the driver dropped me on the wrong side of the highway saying he has another passenger. I had two options, either cross the highway jump over the mid wall and hope I don't die. Or get another ride. They refused to reimburse me, so guess what. I tipped all the money left in my lyft wallet to the second driver, canceled lyft pink and will never use lyft again.

There should be an option to lay a complaint against drivers who let you wait for 15 minutes and just when they are about to arrive they cancel. The app location is also lately messed up. The driver is a whole block away from my pickup pin, yet the app shows he has arrived and starts counting down the time. So I have to walk to him, I phoned and messaged him but he doesn't answer? I also don't know where lyft finds these drivers, 90% of them speak no English and drive like crazy.
