This app I can barely use successfully it's always crashing and freezing I've tried everything to fix the issue but to no avail.... I have received report and my problem has been resolved I can make calls and the app is very stable. The problem was that I was using VPN and it was interfering with the app working correctly after talking to support through chat which was very easy they helped me solve my issues, Thank you.

I like the app, been using it for months. It's pretty good. The problem is throughout the entire day, I constantly get a message on screen, telling me that we're unable to process your payment from this app. like 15-20x a day. Every single day. I am on the free plan, and have been for months. I still get these popups all day, every day. It is driving me crazy.

It's okay. I rarely ever get notifications when someone texts me. And ever since I bought lock in number, I get a notification at the bottom of my screen every few minutes saying "were sorry but we were unable to complete lock in number" even though it did complete it. It's very annoying. PLEASE FIX!!

Do not bother with this app. Once you set it up you will find out they want to charge a lot every week just so you can receive automated texts that allow you to set up accounts. I only need to set up one account and paying $2.69/week is definitely too much. I understand it has some security advantages like preventing scammers but this doesn't work for me. Update: it's been less than 24 hours since I've paid for this service and have recieved 6 different phone calls. Avoid this service!

After buying the SIM card 4+ months ago, it's suddenly stopped working, leaving me with zero ways of communicating. I've tried deleting APN info & retyping it all in, turning airplane mode on/off etc & still doesn't work. It was working Mon night when I went to sleep, then I woke up to it not workin anymore. It's been 4 days now & still nothing. Are the SIM cards only good for 3-6 months of service & then it just goes off or something? Other than that issue, it's by far the best app out there

This app does serve its purpose, you can make calls for free via wifi. Is it great, absolutely not! You can barely have a full conversation with someone without being interrupted by a dropped call, or one end cannot hear the other, calls just not going thru, ect. They give you a link for help, its the same link for every issue and to top it off, is very generic advice in Mt opinion. This being my opinion, I would do more research before using this app. I'm only using it because I settled.

This app works very well for texting and calling however I repeatedly get banned on reasons I don't know of. Their calling system is clunky but fine. And I cannot text new numbers without multiple errors popping up. I'm currently looking into other alternatives for TextNow. However TextNow is good if you are using an alternative instead of paying your phone bill.

The app works very well, but their security isn't very good. I don't know if I'd actually pay for the service! I had the app for a few years, then suddenly someone else spoofed the number and was using the number outside the country! I don't see how that's my fault! I also know someone who purchased a SIM card from them and had issues! Security is their real issue and how they react to anomalies in their Network. They should have sent me an email or something allowing me to shut down the account

Loved this for several years now! If textnow wasn't around..how would i have a working number for my ppl to call or text me on also sending me pictures , files, links and those verification codes as well!? Thank goodness for text now because those other free call and texting apps are not nearly as good quality of service signal or even work!
