The app itself is fine, but the service is very unreliable. I had prebooked a taxi ten hours earlier, but at the time of the pickup, I got a notification that there were no available drivers. I lost a very important meeting because of that.

Massive issue with app - won't let me cancel won't let me into help center. Charging me cancellation fee. Tried email - but no urgent response. Can't log in through a desktop to resolve my issue. Have sent in a response, still no answer 24 hours later.

Installed this horrible app simply because I didn't have any other option available in Valencia. This company completely monopolized the local market and doesn't even bother providing good service. It's worst taxi app that there probably is. Driver didn't even bother to pick us up, then we've got charged for nothing. Disputing anything is impossible, app support is not even there at all, but I'm not even surprised. Abusing their own customers is a complete norm in Europe for many companies.

Easy to book a taxi and very punctual. My mobile fell to the taxi floor. I had my check in and all my information in it... but the taxi driver handed it to airport security and when I contacted freenow I was told its whereabouts. What a relief! Thanks to FREENOW.

It was reliable and drivers were absolutely fine, but too many extra fees on the top of already overpriced service every time I ordered, also technology fee just doesn't feel right. Time to uninstall.

Vouchers are a lie. They advertized they would take off 10 euro from your first ride, just to get us to download their app. They also charge in advance no matter whether the driver shows up or not. What? Terrible. Bad business. Beat used to be good initially. FreeNow is awful. No black cab, just a regular ride, you lied.

This app sucks. My credit catd expires on 06/24. This means, end of June 2024. Freenow, just now, refused to book a ride because my card (according to freenow), expired. This is silly. I took Uber, used the same credit card and all worked well. Freenow, I have zero trust for you!

I had a terrible experience with the Freenow on my first ride. The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional, making inappropriate comments and driving recklessly. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe during the ride. When I tried to report the incident through the app, I received no response from customer service. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and will not be using Freenow again.

Unreliable service whenever you need a taxi most. And the login workflow is lowers the bar. Uprate: Horrible bike rental, you can unlock a bike remotely, but not lock it back, so you cannot end the trip. I wouldn't trust this company with my payment card.
