Not happy with United charging customers for checking carry on bags, especially for international flights. If I knew this, I would have purchased a larger suitcase, not just use a carry on one. Just got over the fact that I had to pay extra for an assigned seat. Why not have straight forward pricing? Will never use United again.

Can not use the T-Mobile wifi that T-Mobile promised was available. I called T-Mobile and they said there should be a link for it in the app. There is not. And useless app to make purchases. It WILL NOT retain the CVV code on a debit or credit card to make purchases. Very disappointed.

every single item is an upcharge. all the app does is repeatedly try to sell you things for your flight. want peanuts? $6. want to get to your seat faster? $25. want to donate money to offset carbon? want to pay for more leg room? the list goes on and on.

very complicated, does not automatically enter into app, must choose United's anwer to your own security question, does not recognize previous mileage plus accounts, no "submit" button that I can find. BIG waste of time!

paid $70 for a seat upgrade and $40 to check a bag at the ticket counter and was handed some one else's ticket/bag tag. the change never went thru. at the gate they said i could keep my old seat, get my money back if i asked customer service and they'd try to find my bag. i've flown over 1 million miles nad have never seen such incompetence.

The app sucks. I can't add a payment option because it doesn't let me select a country that's not the US Puerto Rico or Guam. It won't let me add a boarding pass to my Google Wallet and it's overall a very bad user experience. Git good, United.

Convenient when working, but very buggy. I scanned my passport and app said it was confirmed. then at end it said my passport was not scanned and that i needed to checkin at kiosk. I tried to checkin online 2 more times. 3rd time it worked.... but why tho?

the app is very buggy. it keeps crashing and prompting me to verify my credentials on my phone, as the device is "unrecognizable". I also was unable to provide my passport information, it would crash then also.

I am slowly getting used to doing more on the internet. It doesn't believe my anxiety like talking to an actual person can when things go wrong. I dislike the fact that real, live customer service agents are becoming a thing of the past. Where on earth can someone go when something comes up that can't be resolved by a machine? I may have to use these computer/cell phone check-in options, but I don't have to like them.
