Please fix the bugs on the app. Rider has picked up the items yet the app isn't updated. Still says heading to sender when rider has collected and otw to deliver. Then rider has to cancel the order after done delivery and we as consumers can't rate them for their superb service.

The old app is better than this new app, it's really terrible to use, and the drivers and riders are nice, but my main concern is: why did you give my booking to the rider or driver that far from me? And why did they do multiple bookings if the price was right? Right? I don't mind if the rate is higher, as long as my item is in good condition with no delays in delivering it to my customers. So the problem is at the top, not at the bottom. You are making your company's worst app ever.

Worst experience. You'd pay regular but they allow simultaneous transactions which cause a lot of delay. Not really fast! Forget about that word.

It's bad. Riders are lazy, if they see they need to make a long round about they will ask you to cancel. And even if they see your booking, they won't accept it even if they're in the area.

The app is okay but the delivery service is really unprofessional. They broke my wardrobe, have scratches and damage on my goods. Charge extra but service not good.

Unless youre willing to wait for more than an hour for the drivers to deliver your goods from point A to point B, go ahead and download this app. Drivers dont prioritize fast delveries. They will ask the customers for additional tip if they dont get any "pasabay" with your booking.

Riders complaining that one booking payment is not enough and resort to double or multilple bookings and mostly not informing the customer. They should put an option for rush optiom with higher charge amd for non rush they should inform that riders may book other bookings and may take long.
