This app hasn't worked for me since the beginning of February but yet king soopers can't seem to get it. I've complained multiple times they're acting like nothing's wrong. It worked till February. It's also logging me out every time it won't come up. It keeps bouncing around. I can't look at the adds it is totally screwed up. I send a message through the app. And they want all this information that they have on me Because it's in the app.

Slow, never accepts the pickup purchase on the first try, glitchy. Walmarts app works so much better, much faster. Maybe KS should figure out what they are doing. (Android user)

App logs me out every time I try to open and view the Weekly Ad. When I try to remove items from my cart they just reappear. It's also difficult to navigate & change store location. There are 3 King Sooper stores in my town & I'm trying to switch to a different store but it's impossible to complete such a simple task. App needs a lot of work, very slow, lags a lot, and lot's of glitches. It's so frustrating to use I end up ordering from a less favorable store just because it's easier :(

UPDATE: After the developer posted telling me to sign-in thru my web browsers. I tried this & it just circles & circles..won't work on phone When I first downloaded 2 wks ago it worked great. When I tried to get back into my acct it gives me an error "Bad Request". I've tried deleting & re-downloading, but still won't let me in. I can access acct on my computer, but the phone app is a no go! Wish y'all would fix the app. I just got an update (2/9/24), but that hasn't helped at all. Please Fix!!

The app is always booting me out. Then i struggle to get logged back in. A lot of things inside the app dont load such as qualifying items when going off a coupon you'll have to scroll till you find the same coupon deal instead of viewing everything that qualifys. It just seems like maybe its slow or lags more than it should and iv made sure its updated.

Something was updated in the app, rendering it completely useless on a bad day (which is every day) and utterly annoying on its good days. Constantly logging me out within 2-5mins, not even my bank or credit cards do that to me! I will be the middle of adding items to my cart when it gives me an authorization fail, and it logs me out or suddenly it forgets what store I'm shopping at before kicking me off the app. Whatever they changed behind the scenes sucks and they need to change it back.

So. Many. Bugs. Trying to sign into my prescriptions & it gives no error, just goes back to sign in screen. Sometimes the app instantly signs you out. When trying to choose a backup item it only lists a few options. You can search for what you want, it doesn't work at all & says something like, "no results found." The inability to see a picture of a product that's larger than a thumbnail is also frustratingly unnecessary. The Kroger Co. is worth $34+ billion! And this is the app we get.

Its wonderful for coupons and pick up orders! As soon as you clip a coupon it comes off automatically at the register when you enter your #.

This is no doubt, possibly the slowest app in the world. It used to be respectable in terms of speed. It's like its on dial up internet lately, except this makes dial up look like its alien technology. UFO. This logs me out every other time I open it and asks me to sign back in. The app has always had problems with digital coupons actually registering when you go to check out. The checkout workers are constantly called to help, and this causes many unnecessary problems for them and me
