Worst customer service, did not receive all the products ,two items are missing, and delivery partner wrote delivered all three products, couldn't contact your service help number also, either refund the amount or send all three items.

My experience with the Winni app was deeply disappointing. i order 2 items but received only 1 items and the products received didn’t match the images . they don’t deliver order on time and also there isn’t any option contact delivery agent . Customer service is very bad rude behaviour all time cut my call . Never using winni again in future Worst experience.

This is a fraught application and their delivery is very bad. I was booked 3 items but they deliverd 01 item and this item was very poor quality. When i booked that items total three items was 2037/- but they deliverd only one item and maintion three item in the bill and total price maaintion their 1000/- So this is very bad and like fraught. Same winni same

don't deliver on time. Do not buy anything from here you can go for other sites which are better than this. No one is going to answer your call from customer service and very worst customer service. Take payment in advance and then after you won't have any choice apart from just being waiting for the order which will not be delivered.
