One of the worst services offered by the Park Plus especially car cleaning. At the time of getting customers they clean the car like anything once payment is done they are least bothered how services are offered and don't pay any heed to the customer complaints. No direct channel to connect on their app and top of it no resolution. I frequently complaint about the so called cleaning services but all in vain. Worst services,recommend not to subscribe to their services. Big no no no.

I use park+ app in my daily life to find parking & other service but later I use park+ in hassle free trading of my car. I sold my Maruti Eco at best price other than market while sitting at home & got instant payment as park+ has joined hand with car dekho that help safe & secure car trading. After-sales service is good. It keeps updating me with new car prices & its new feature. I can calculate my EMI using its EMI calculator. I am planning to buy a new car soon. Best app with no poor service.

In such hot weather, it is tough to search for parking at any mall in Delhi on sunday as when I go & if the parking is full then I need to park the car at a distance from the mall. I drop my family at the gate & search for parking. I had to walk to the mall from the place where I park my car. To end this whole issue I install this app & book my parking place before hand. So convenient to park the car in the peak hours & weekends in the mall. I also get rewards to use this app for the first time.

A very easy to use & simple platform park + is in my opinion. All useful notifications on my smart phone without any additional effort. In fact, this app saved me from a scam. I was buying a used car for my gf from a local car & wish to re-verify the car details before closing my deal. I used this app to get the info about the car with the registered number & found that the insurance is not valid. Ops just saved. Thank you team for creating the useful app & i hope to continue with more updates

Never use this app ..its just waste app...I recharge my fast tag and amount is debited from gpay but in park plus app transition is showing as failed...please be aware their is no support number also...so only option left for me is to write the review here. Thanks I got the refund back in my bank account now.

Useless! App is unable to verify & link my vehicle chassis number to vehicle registration number for FasTag. Also, does not apply coupons even if they are valid for transaction. Definitely will switch out of Park+ for Fastag soon.

I was at petrol pump and i bought voucher of Rupees 2500/-, they were showing i will get 176/- as a cash back. First i made payment of 2500/- but i didn't get coupon, i waited at least 2 hour for coupon, but didn't get even paying 2500/- gas boy had already filled my tank. Then i paid cash to him and went home. Next day i got coupon. When went to redeem it. Boy at petrol pump charges 100/- for redeem this coupon and got 2400/- only. As a cash back i got only 20/- at park+ app. Don't use it.

Part from using for a fastag payment I find no use and this app is a nuisance with fake notifications like "parking challan issued" to make us open. It will be some article about something. I'm uninstalling. Sad to see good ideas being taken over by greedy notifications (I can stop notifications in phone, but that's not the point)

I went to the market last weekend. Due to the crowd in the market, I try to get my car out of that area but my car got scratched by some iron road which damaged my car. I had already Insured my car on this app. In which I got this benefit that if there is any damage in my car, then I will get complete car coverage amount according to the Insurance policy. So I applied for this & I got the complete amount in 18 hours. I am very happy to use this app. Thank team for helping me in this situation
