This app makes restaurants more accessible, without it, i doubt restaurants in Turkey will be as profitable as they are.. Edit: I believe this app became more relevant during the pandemic and the subsequent periods of lockdown. Although, I wish people will understand that restaurants are being overloaded with orders, and the food may not be as perfect. Everyone is trying, however nothing is perfect.

DEFINITELY not user friendly. The app used to be so easy to use and so many options were available whereas now, i can't even find what i want. So many features were excluded , like being able to discard selected ingredients etc. I really hate this new version. Please change it back...

THIS APP SUCKS! CONSTANT APP PROBLEMS! Horrible User Experience. After they updated the app month the user interface sucks. It is difficult to find restaurants as well as previous orders. Although the app is more dynamic visually, the latest update is a nightmare for regular users. Customer service has declined as well. Trendyol Yemek and Getir Yemek offer better solutions to customers as well as have better prices and offer coupons for customer issues.

location information of the phone is mandatory when you want to use the market side of the app(new future). I will not use the market side of the app if you keep insist on location information. that is not ethical at all. In addition, sometimes restaurants cancels the order just because they do not want to give effort just one single meal even though the order is over minimum lira for the restaurant. If you do not want to give any effort for a single meal then rearrange your minimum lira thing!

The update is just fail. İt is very failing in its color matching, when you need to choose different option in a menu and the color and design is so indistinctive. İ enjoy the old versiyon less fancy normal yemek sepeti. Plus, everytime you update i have to re register my adress i think it is all about poor app engineering... A app like this should hire better Quality team for that... Do not save some money for poor customer experiences...... Disappointed.

No English settings (if there is, it is impossible to find). Please consider adding English support for your app, perhaps offer English option straight away after installing if you detect the phone language package isn't set to Turkish language. This app has the potential to be useful for tourist but missed opportunity with lack (or impossible to find) English language support.

Use getir ..Horrible customer service all the times are wrong ... the customer service agents are unhelpful and they lie .. it's so hard to cancel orders even after 2 hour delays ..they will tell you they couldn't reach the restaurant and let the driver come to your house after cancelation to argue with you ...horrible experience

This app is the best yaaa, customer support is great, easy to use, easy to order, never had any issues, I love everything about it! So much easier than ordering from individual sites, you can see locations close to you, and it usually arrives sooner than the expected delivery time. If it doesn't, you can make them contact the restaurant, which is great.

The app is extremely slow and information about third party restaurants can be wrong. The English support is horrible. It seems that noone who works there speaks English, they haven't even bothered to translate half of the app so be prepared to see a lot of Turkish text. In addition to all this the new UI is quite unintuitive plus they have increased their delivery price for their market service.
