The content is great, I love it and even pay coin for some, but all these pop ups got to stop! I'm just here for my calm reading experience, but instead now I have to be constantly stressed and on edge so I don't accidentally press a pop up when I just want to read the episode or comments!!!

I have used Webtoon on and off for years. I regret not reviewing sooner as it really is good. Still, support sucks. I had a bug with coins not being credited & had proof. The answer was basically too bad, so sad. I pressed it, so they gave me a one time credit of those coins, but their response was still bad. They said I was ineligible, couldn't tell me why, and when I pointed out none of their possible reasons made any sense they just repeated themselves. Seemed like fully automated responses.

amazing. I'm a reader who likes fantasy and romance. My first webtoon i read was act like you love me! it was so sweet and romantic but im sure i love omniscient reader the most. This app is so good! Im even able to create my own stories. Im not a webtoon artist but actually a comic artist lmao. This app really gives me so much inspiration to do stories. And it makes me more into reading. I recommend this app for reading! its so fun!!

It was great stories are good . But the thing is the app got deleted off my phone and when I reinstalled it and signed back in all coins were gone and I couldn't continue my previous stories. But after signing out and back in like 8 times everything was back. So IDK if it was a glitch or what

it is great but.. When you're reading some comics then you finish half of it, The "Watch Ads or 7 coins" is bothering me. And when you're done watching ads there's this one episode where it's all 7 coins thingy and i just want to read for free.

At one point this app was worth 5 stars. And then like all companies, they got dollar signs in their eyes. The top comics and manga for this app used to be free to read. Then you could read further ahead than others by ads or coins. And now you can only read a certain amount of episodes before you have to use coins to read them. It went from a good app to nothing but a cash grab. They've gotten too greedy and shot themselves in the foot.

I counted a popup for a promoted series: 1) when you start the app; 2) when you open the comic you actually came to read, not some god awful romance novel #362; 3) when you finish that comic. "We think you'd enjoy" is BS, what they mean is "Please give us the paid for views on this garbage" It would be less frustrating if these ads didn't come up on comics you've PAID to read. I gave you the pound of flesh; let me read in peace.

Everything works except when you're trying to use the section to play games to get free coins doing quest. I keep trying to do it and it's not letting me and the customer service is trash. They are never helpful when it comes to matters of the quest. I complete it in the app doesn't recognize it.

It could be a 5 star if the ads don't glitch. Every time i finished watching the available ads, the next day, it didn't refill, and it only showed 'please wait'. I already reset my advertising id and restarted my phone, but still, it didn't change. Please help
