SCAM!! Don't use! It's full of fake messages and profiles. You can't ever meet anyone because you can't give out any contact info. Scam scam scam

Full of fake profiles encouraging you to message. AM do not do enough to deal with this, and you have to suspect that, as messages cost money, which goes to AM, who benefits from fake profiles? Asked for refund within 6 hours and deleted account on this basis - denied and usual blurb that they ensure that fake profiles are dealt with. Also sending a message costs about £4 - not clear when purchasing credits. Plus you think that would be for initiating a conversation - no - every msg costs this.

Not impressed with the site. I spend money to text people and after a month on here not one response. Facebook dating has better results and its free. Honestly its just a click and pay website. What a total waste of time

Bots are everywhere probably by design to get people to spend more money. Credits should be less and easier to obtain rather than buying large packages.

I've been using Ashley Madison for 8 years. There IS a "learning Curve" in the beginning. After you learn how to filter your choices though, it's a great experience. I just wish they would advertise more, in places like Women's magazines. They DO need to bring in more Ladies. Lately they have raised the prices in sneaky ways, instead of just an honest price hike. There seems to be a lot more fake profiles also. Many new users between the ages of 37-39 can't be real.

Predatory pricing, $80 for 100 credits. One message is 9 credits. By default it bills you for 14. So after 3 messages I already wasted half that money. Update: The way messaging is setup to exhaust credits you already spent. I want to sue this company for deceptive business practices.This has to be illegal. Consider a lawsuit. Edit: doing a chargeback, was billed $80 and never met a single soul. All bots collecting credits. Absolutely should be illegal.

Full of scammers. App charges high fees for starting a chat but does a very bad job eliminating scam artists. Also, it will block you if you mention 3rd party text apps in case you decide to take the conversation to a better, more stable app. Do yourself a favor and try something else. Android users. Texting is a chore. They hired a child to cose it.
