This app killed my wired connection. Customer Support is non existent. You need to open support tickets via email (no phone number) I've sent a few emails and waited months for a response. They finally responded to say sorry it took so long we'll try better next time? They never addressed the issue? While waiting for them I've been using ExpressVPN, it works much better I suggest you do the same.

Well I can see from my fellow unlucky subscribers below, we've all been scammed. Contacted them with several emails as the famous end of trial reminder never came, they obviously rely on that to make their buck and although this way they broke their own terms, still no refund. It didn't even work when I tried it. I used it in the past, really gone downhill. I was travelling and boom, just went in the account and took my money. Amazingly, they can't find my details, altho got it from here?!

UPDATE: The manual connection is now not working at all. Contacted their support. They said because I had too much successful activity they cannot refund. They provided me with no support and dont seem to understand what it means when I said it did work and now it doesn't. Will never return to them again unless I get a refund or a proper solution. But this seems unlikely. This worked on my phone until the update yesterday. Now it gets stuck on waiting for server reply no matter which server i pick. I used to have to reconnect twice to get it to work. Now it doesn't work at all. I will want my money back if this is not fixed!

edit my review again thats worst vpn just go buy any other vpn they no free dedicated ip server like surfshark no wireguard or mimic available for mobile app connection speeds are also slow doen't deserve your hard earned money totalky waste. fewer p2p or streaming servers doesn't shows accurate location when connect to servers. if you want this to be good just add free dedicated ip servers in your app like surfshark and add wireguard or mimic in mobile app also.
