I've used this for nearly 5 years, and it's been mostly great. Fast speeds and many servers to choose from. I took off a star because the app feels slow and clunky. Also, it takes multiple tries to connect to my dedicated IP, but the shared servers connect immediately.

I love the fact that I didn't have to exit the app to give this review. fast connection, I can do it from anywhere and anytime and it doesn't even disconnect from discord calls or so any word interactions with any services. 10/10

Simply put, the best service. You might not see TorGuard under the "Best VPNs" reviews, but that's not because it isn't, quite the opposite actually. Rather than spending tons of money on marketing and affiliate programs, TG invests that money on servers and features to provide a great service. I tried at least 5 different providers before sticking with TG, its amount of features and speeds are unmatchable. Cherry on top, their Residential/Streaming IPs, not expensive and well worth the cost.

Worst app experience ever. I write software for a living and I cannot comprehend how these releases make it through even basic QA. The app freezes when connecting/disconnecting, and has for a year. The desktop app does the exact same thing The connection status gets out of sync. The sticky notification stays even when you're disconnected. Etc.etc. etc. Amateurs.

The app just keeps getting worse and worse. Service 5 stars when the app works and lets data through. I can't even use it right now because starting yesterday, it connects but has no net connection in any location while working fine under WiFi but not under mobile data. Tech support acts like we are a bother and severely talk down to the customers. Between these issues, I'm about to leave after 3 years.. edit..everything works fine while not connected to torguard. Edit 2. Google VPN works fine!

After using the service for a couple of days I'm really impressed with how simple the process is when connecting to this VPN. I also use the desktop client which is fantastic. Seems to be a lot better when compared to my previous supplier when it comes to P2P traffic. Highly recommended.

In response to your response to my original review. You're leaving out parts. First, I only received notification of billing at the time that you charged my account not before. That's when I received an invoice. Second, you charged me the day before the due date and then stated that where you're located is in a time zone a day ahead. Next, in order to cancel my subscription, you had to send me a different url address. There's no tab or icon on your website to cancel. My original review's fair.
